Overview
The 'STRiCHKA.' project is a research project in which a unique design was created to immerse users in the captivating world of Ukrainian cinema. The design aims to emphasize the importance and beauty of Ukrainian cinema by incorporating minimalist elements to ensure simplicity and ease of use. Special attention was paid to details to create an atmosphere that inspires users to explore and engages them in an exciting journey through Ukrainian film culture.
INITIAL CHALLENGES
When creating the 'STRiCHKA.' project, we faced several key challenges. One of the main issues was to create an attractive and informative user interface capable of effectively conveying a wealth of information about movies and TV series, while maintaining a minimalist Swiss design. Additionally, it was necessary to ensure convenient navigation through the website, considering the diversity of content about Ukrainian cinematography. Another challenge was integrating the functionality of purchasing cinema tickets while maintaining ease of use. Despite these challenges, our team successfully overcame them, creating a unique website that combines an appealing design and user-friendliness.
RESEARCH &
brand immersion
During the research and immersion into the "STRiCHKA." project brand, extensive analysis of Ukrainian cinema was conducted, exploring its history, trends, and key industry characteristics. I carefully analysed the needs and interests of the target audience, conducting surveys and interviews with cinephiles, directors, and other industry participants. This allowed for precise identification of the project's key features and values, as well as the creation of a design that effectively conveys the unique style and atmosphere of Ukrainian cinema.

Support Ukrainian cinema by attending film premieres and screenings.
It's incredibly important for me to have access to quality Ukrainian cinema, but the constant search and limited options of streaming services are just exhausting. I'm looking for something that would allow me not only to watch the latest Ukrainian films at my convenience but also to get information about upcoming film premieres and screening locations. Supporting Ukrainian cinema is important to me, but the inability to find a convenient way to do so is one of the things that truly frustrates me.

Excellent design requires understanding the brand's goals and values. Conducting additional research helps to better grasp the unique features and atmosphere of Ukrainian cinema.

It's important to create a design that is convenient for a wide range of users. Considering the diversity of the target audience, the design should be adaptive and accessible to all users.
Visual Appeal
Quality design should be visually appealing and interesting. Utilizing minimalist Swiss design allowed for the creation of a modern and stylish interface that captures users' attention.
